Lexington FunFest Crafts Application

Spaces are $75 each. Our non-profit space fee is $50. Political candidates are welcomed, but not considered non-profit. Only one representative from each organization will be allowed (i.e. Pampered Chef, Avon, etc.) and applications are taken on a first-come first-serve basis.

Set up will begin Saturday, September 20 at 7:00 am and end at 9:00 am. Please do not arrive before 7:00 am and please have set up completed by 9:00 am. We wish to minimize possible confusion and inconvenience for everyone. After you have unloaded, please park your vehicle away from the crafter/vendor area.

Exhibitor spaces (15' x 15') will be clearly marked and assigned by set up time. Within your assigned space, you may set up tables, displays, tents, etc. (not provided by festival). Festival organizers cannot assume responsibility for displays or merchandise.

Absolutely no weapons (real or toy) will be permitted for sale. This includes but is not limited to guns, knives, swords, marshmallow shooters, potato shooters, etc. Please do not sell silly string, noise poppers or popcorn, as it is a bear to clean up. The FunFest Committee reserves the right to ask you to remove any object/item that we deem unacceptable to our “family-friendly” event.

Important: Stakes and all other anchoring devices are not allowed to be driven into any road or parking lot. Electricity will be available for those who requested it in advance. While we have tried to make electricity as convenient as possible, you are required to bring a 12 gauge 50 ft. extension cord and/or adaptors for multiple outlets. If you require water, you must bring your own 50 ft. water hose.

Business licenses and tax obligations are the responsibility of each exhibitor. Please contact the South Carolina Tax Commission for details if you do not already have a retail license.

Please feel free to contact Lesley Reeves at (803)359-9961 for additional information.
