Dates: 

Friday, September 11th and Monday, September 14th - Deliver art work until 5 p.m. Tables will be set up outside the Eli Mack Room located at the stairwell in the basement of Town Hall.

Categorize Art:

Tuesday, September 15th after 5:30 p.m., all art work will be categorized by grade and placed in the lobby of Town Hall. Volunteers would be greatly appreciated. Contact Sharon at 237-9617.

Judging:

Wednesday, September 16th – a.m. First, Second and Third place winners from each grade (K-12) will be chosen. All teachers will be notified Wednesday afternoon of winners in order to have the winners present at the reception.

Reception:

Thursday September 17th, 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. for all art show students, parents and teachers. Join us for refreshments. Winners will be announced at this time and certificates along with prizes for winners will be awarded. Reception will be held in the main lobby of Town Hall.

 

All winners will be announced at the Reception and at the Fun Fest on Sept. 19th 11:30 to 12:00 noon. All winners need to be present at the reception on Sept. 17th to pick up their certificate and award. If this is not possible, please let me know. Art work will be on display the entire day of Sept. 16th and 17th 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Also art work can be viewed during Funfest on Saturday, Sept. 19th in the Town Hall Lobby from 11 o'clock to 1:00 pm.  We are hoping to have a spot in the Doo-Dah Parade for all winners to walk or ride.  The parade will take place Saturday, Sept. 19th at 10:00 am.

Please pick up all art work starting at 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Sept. 21th and also on Sept. 22nd. Hope to see all students and teachers at the Reception on Sept. 17th. Good Luck to all artists.
